The nose of the Jaguar F-Type is at least as beautiful as the legendary E-Type. That’s saying something. And yet you have made to the Front and rear of the English wild cat for the new model year changes.
Thanks to a front fascia with slimmer headlamps, a new sculpted hood and a modified rear end of the F-TYPE is now even more muscular and dynamic on the Asphalt. This Jaguar offers the F-TYPE variants, with rear-wheel and all – wheel drive. The new P450, customers can choose between two forms of propulsion; the P300 comes from the factory with only rear-wheel-, the F-TYPE R only with 4×4 traction to delivery.
All three for the F-TYPE available engines have an active sports exhaust system, including a depending on the model and equipment already from the factory or optional installed damper control. Customers of the two V8 models will get the new “Quiet-start”feature.
It ensures that after starting the engine, the electronically controlled Bypass valves in the rear silencer remain closed, and only under load will open automatically. If Quiet Start is not required or desired, it can button be turned off – either by the choice of the Dynamic-mode, or – Start the engine, pressure on the Sound.
Jaguar offers the new F-Type, optionally with all – wheel drive or – for friends of a purist form of drive-rear-wheel-drive. Both of these variants speed up the F-TYPE P450 in just 4.6 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h and reach a top speed of 285 km/h.

For the all-wheel-drive F-TYPE R, Jaguar has increased the performance of the supercharged V8 from 405 kW (550) to 423 kW (575 HP)*; analogously, the maximum Torque increased from 680 to 700 Nm. The time for the Sprint from 0 to 100 km/h is reduced further to only 3.7 seconds and the top speed is electronically limited to 300 km/h.
The F-TYPE R rolls on gloss black painted diamond-turned 20-inch light-alloy wheels in ten-spoke Design. The increased power the suspension has been adapted with new adaptive dampers, springs, stabilizers, and a reinforced rear axle and ball joints.
Taking into account the limited speed of 320 km/h almost Jaguar XE SV Project 8 experience, calibrated by the Jaguar, the characteristic fields of the F-TYPE R and F-TYPE P450 used Quickshift automatic new. Result: faster and snappier manual gear changes via steering wheel-mounted paddles or the SportShift lever on the center tunnel.
